Each artwork is an original piece and is handled with great care.

For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully prior to purchasing to ensure the artwork is right for your space.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged:

• Email us within 3 days of delivery

• Include clear photographs of the damage

• Send your message to: mrswerner1987@gmail.com

Once the damage is reviewed, you will receive instructions for return, refund, or replacement.

Returned artwork must be shipped within 14 days of delivery and packaged securely.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once the returned artwork has been received and its condition confirmed.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
